New vinyl pool construction starts with a site evaluation and design consultation at your home. EverClear’s design team works with you on pool shape, depth, entry configuration, and features like LED lighting, deck jets, and water features. We handle all township permits, HOA approvals, and utility locates before breaking ground.
Our installation process uses steel-wall or polymer-wall framing systems depending on soil conditions and design requirements. The pool shell is excavated, framed, plumbed, and wired before the custom-fit vinyl liner is measured, ordered, and installed. Most new vinyl pool builds in northern NJ complete in 3 to 5 weeks from dig day, weather permitting.

An adult 18 or older needs to be available for permit signatures and the final walkthrough. During construction, we send photo updates at every stage. You do not need to be home for daily work, but we welcome site visits anytime.
